Regular Appointments
Your initial appointment, for the placement of braces or other appliances, takes from one to two hours. We will then see you every 4 to 8 weeks for adjustments. Each adjustment appointment takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on the procedure to be done. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment we kindly request that you give us at least 24-hour notice.
Fees
Orthodontic treatment that results in a beautiful smile and a healthy bite is an investment that will last a lifetime. There is no reason to put off braces due to cost. Our high-quality treatment can be designed to fit your budget. We offer third-party financing requiring no down payment, a convenient monthly payment plan utilizing either automatic bank or credit card drafts, discounts for pre-payment in full, and assistance with filing for insurance and flexible spending accounts. For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Insurance
If you have orthodontic coverage on your dental insurance plan, our staff will gladly file for you, and in most situations, accept assignment directly for the coverage. If you do have orthodontic insurance coverage, please bring your card to your first visit so that we may assist you in filing for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
